No, the role and the certification stay exactly as they are today. What changes is what the certification is checked against: TrueHOA seals the record, so the inspector certifies something no one can rework afterward.
IS THE BALLOT STILL SECRET?
Yes. Every ballot is timestamped to one identified voter, so the record proves who voted and when, but the choice itself is never recorded. You can demonstrate participation without ever exposing a position.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ELECTION IS VOIDED?
The sealed record stands, as the accurate record of a voided election. The re-run gets its own sealed record, and no one can quietly replace the first one. Even the elections that go wrong stay on the record as they happened.
WHAT IF THE ROSTER IS WRONG?
The terms lock before voting opens, which is when a roster error is cheapest to catch. An error caught before voting opens is a correction, not a permanent record.

No. There is no public directory of elections. An audit page opens only for whoever has that election’s official link, and your association decides who it is shared with.
